I use JR and his team to service the IT needs for my insurance agency. They have installed a new firewall and router as well as configured and transferred data on my new office computers. It was a LONG process getting to know each other, from an organizational standpoint, further complicated by us purchasing a new server, as well. It was not only onboarding, but installing a new server on which we were migrating and virtualizing our existing servers, then setting up network securities for the entire organization of 65 people.
